There is nothing more frustrating for both a nonprofit and a user than declined charges on a renewal due to sloppy bookkeeping. The cause of most unintentional declines are due to inconsistencies, such as when a donor moves but their payment info isn't updated to reflect that. Our latest update is aimed at tackling that exact issue. Now, whenever a profile address is updated, the system will generate an alert to update the payment profile as well and will allow administrators to confirm the change with a click of their mouse.
