We created a complete estimation and quoting engine to assist PDR Canada in processing their paint-less dent repair business and increase efficiency.
The custom application allows the staff to easily estimate a job, including attaching photos of the before and after repair, with any mobile device. Additionally, it automatically generates the paperwork required by the insurance companies PDR works with, saving man-hours spent in manual data entry. PDR Canada often operates in locations with limited or no internet availability. The application was built to accommodate for this requirement as well.
Remember Me Family is a catering company that provides hot meal delivery for schools in the greater Waterloo area. They approached us because their customer base was growing faster than their ability to manage it. Serving 70 schools and preparing thousands of meals a day with a heavily manual process was becoming unreasonably difficult.
We built an end-to-end food preparation ERP system that allowed RMF to outline everything from specific menus to which schools were getting deliveries on which days and allowed parents to order and pay for meals online.
The system tabulates all that data and generates food prep worksheets for the kitchen staff to prepare and label the meals en masse. It also generates velocity reports to determine how many ingredients need to be ordered.
