Automatic AODA Compliance for your site!

Lifeline is excited to announce a revolutionary module available only for the Intelligent Web Interface, our proprietary content management system. This new accessibility module will allow any website running our CMS software to automatically maintain a website that will comply with the upcoming communications standard for the AODA and WCAG 2.0 level AAA accessibility compliance.

Users can simply edit and add content as they normally would and the system will automatically ensure that there is an accessible version of any content created available for impaired users.

The first automated system of its kind, the Lifeline AODA automatic compliance module is sure to make the lives of many of our customers easier in the near future!

New Website Features

We’re going to be rolling out some exciting new features on the Lifeline website over the next few weeks:

1. Online Domain and Hosting Orders

You can now check availability of domains and register them right from our homepage and also the hosting page.

2. Live Chat

Shortly you will be able to chat with a Lifeline representative (read: either Dave or James) directly from the website to answer any questions you might have.

3. New Ticketing System

We’re about to implement a new support ticket system to help track and manage support requests. This will result in an even more reliable response from us when you have a support query.

Selling Online @ NDBDC Tuesday January 19th

Lifeline’s own David Saraiva (that’s me.) will be giving an in depth seminar covering selling online at the Norfolk District Business Development Center on Tuesday January 19th from 5PM – 8PM. The seminar is geared towards small businesses and how they can use their website as an effective selling tool. It will cover everything from how to ensure your visitors to your website will contact you, to how your website can be used actually bring in leads from the search engines and other online sources. Everyone who attends will get a free one hour consultation from Lifeline Design.
