		<description>Google Buzz is awesome.
It uses your google profile.
In your google profile you can set a bunch of information that is accessible to friends and collegues and also you can put your own blogs and websites in there
Google Buzz Takes the those links and provides constant updates to those that follow you.
For example, if i post something to my blog, that ENTIRE post is taken by google buzz and posted there so everyone that follows me on Google Buzz can read that without visiting my blog.

This is totally awesome since people that visit my blog may not be the same ones that are in my mailing list. Of course you can restrict what you want sent... i just need to figure out how to do it :D
