The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit has contracted Lifeline to develop a second website. This new website will help raise awareness about substance abuse issues to youth in the Haldimand-Norfolk area. It will feature a lot of interactive and fun elements as well as strong social media implementation to help connect with the target market.
